Special Olympics Olds

Annual Sno-Pitch Tournament

Thank you to Staryla Braun and everyone who made the Annual "Shagging' On Sno" Charity Sno-Pitch Tournament March 12 and 13 such a success. This tournament raised $6526.20 for special Olympics Olds and District and our 112 athletes. This donation will help pay for bus trips to the various bowling and ball tournaments which we attend or host during the year - especially the trip to St. Paul in August for the 25th Annual Conrad jean Slo-Pitch Tournament.

A big thank you goes out to all the businesses and individuals who donated monies or draw gifts.

Thank you especially to the 18 ball teams who came out to support this tournament for without your participation this would not be possible.

Our two teams and coaches and volunteer/parents look forward to this tournament each year and had lots of fun. Thank you.
