Special Olympics Alberta - Individual Membership

Membership includes:

• An opportunity to vote at this year’s AGM October 15, 2011  in Edmonton, AB
• Discounts for Provincial Conference fees and events
• Exclusive access to reports
• Vote at the Annual General Meeting and Special General Meetings pertaining to the general membership
• A reduced member rate for participation in provincial courses and workshops
• Copies of our newsletter
• Access to our online resource centre 
• Renewal notification

Membership cards will be mailed upon completion of application. Membership Application Form

Criteria: Active (voting) membership is open to individuals who are involved in Special Olympics programs for a period of not less than one year. Members must reside in Alberta and be 16 years of age or older.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Management Committee members
• Community Program members
• Coaches
• Volunteers
• Parents and Caregivers
• Athletes
  

Special Olympics Alberta staff members are not eligible.
Membership expires annually on June 30.
