More than 80 athletes from all over Alberta. More than 20 coaches. Seven mission staff. This is Team Alberta.
There are 31 athletes on two floor hockey teams. Five curlers. Four figure skaters. Eight athletes will be snowshoeing. Six will be strapping on speed skates. Of the 19 people putting on skis, eight will be going downhill and eleven will be cross-country.
They come from Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, and everywhere in between.

Draft an Athlete Challenge
For a minimum $1,000 investment, become
connected with athletes that will proudly represent Team Alberta in
the upcoming 2012 National Winter games in St. Albert.
By aligning your organization with an
athlete, you will receive an array of benefits, from branding on the
new and interactive Team Alberta website, to athlete inspiration
visits.
In addition, your contribution will
help offset costs associated with training, travel, and accommodation
leading up to and during the 2012 National Winter Games.
