Athletes please:
-arrive to sports programs on time.

-dress appropriately for your sport and the weather. 

-bring labelled water bottles.

-treat volunteers and fellow athletes with respect.

-if a sport is cancelled due to weather, you will be called, if you do not receive a call, use your own judgement.

-cell phones/headsets are not permitted during sports programs; headsets are allowed for medical reasons.

-athletes are responsible for their own transportation.

Please join us for an athlete and volunteer appreciation Christmas banquet. No charge for athletes and volunteers. If you wish to bring a guest, there will be a $20 charge. *No charge for parents of Active Start athletes.

SPORTS NOTES 2023/2024

Basketball (Int.): No sessions on October 8, February 18 & March 31
Basketball (Novice): No sessions on October 8, February 18 & March 31
Swimming: No sessions on October 9 & February 19
5 Pin Bowling (Tuesdays): Tournament on March 23, 2024
Floor Hockey: Athletes must provide their own gloves, shin pads & jock/jill supporters.
Fitness Walking/Running Indoors: No scheduled group time. Athletes walk at their convenience and each athlete will receive an additional walking track pass for a support person. This additional pass is specific to the registered athlete only.
Active Start/FUNdamentals: $20 for one athlete, $30 for two athletes & $40 for three or more.
